I see athletes primarily as people – individuals who want to be happy.
In a world full of challenges and chronic stress, my mission is to support the building of a healthy approach to sports, life, and oneself. In my work, I make sure that sports are not only a path to success but also a source of joy, development, and satisfaction.
I want to support athletes on their journey – so that it is an adventure filled with balance, happiness, and health, and that sports become a tool for building a better life, not just achievements on the podium.
My name is Janusz Stawiński, and I am a sports psychologist.
I help people grow, find satisfaction in life, and discover happiness through physical activity and success in sports. I care about well-being, which is the foundation of harmonious development, lasting success, and achieving your mastery. I focus on a holistic approach to a sports career, remembering that an athlete is primarily a human being, helping to develop the internal resources necessary for the journey to the very top.
I support individuals involved in sports – athletes of all ages, their parents, coaches, as well as entire clubs, organizations, and teams. I work with representatives of both individual disciplines and team sports.
JANUSZ STAWIŃSKI
I believe that sport and physical activity are the key to a healthy and satisfying daily life. I advocate for a conscious approach – deriving joy from movement, but also the ability to cope with stress, failures, and overload.
Let's practice sports wisely, taking care not only of the body, but also of mental health.
Sports have accompanied me since my earliest years. My father, a sports gymnast, instilled in me a love for movement and various disciplines – from gymnastics, through skiing and tennis, to football and swimming. Many of them I still practice whenever I have the chance.
I have been more closely involved with martial arts. I am also a fan of mountain hiking – it is not only a form of activity for me but also a way to connect with nature, find peace, and calm my mind.
I have experience working with various sports, particularly in the area of combat sports and soccer. I am constantly gaining experience and learning further, continuously acquiring knowledge wherever I can, to broaden my horizons and support as best as I can.
In 2011, as a young boy, I participated in sessions with a psychologist at summer camps. I was fascinated by how she talked and worked with us. This experience made me set a goal at the age of 11 to become a psychologist, to give something back to the world. Twelve years later, I hold a master's degree in clinical psychology from SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw.
I create a space where athletes, coaches, and teams can develop self-awareness, mental strength, and calmness in order to achieve success in harmony with themselves.

My approach is based on several key values:
I approach each person individually, striving to be flexible and creating space for conversation, reflection, and real change. I share knowledge and practical tools that help not only in sports but also in everyday life, being authentic throughout the process. I continuously develop myself, gaining knowledge, acquiring experience, and expanding my toolkit. I use techniques from therapy, including CBT and ACT.
